On Tuesday, June 12, a section of University Drive in front of the ARISE building and in front of part of the Herzberg building will be closed for the day in order to receive and hoist a new exhaust stack onto the ARISE building. Traffic control signs and personnel will be posted where University Drive intersects Library Road (near the Colonel-By entrance) and Campus Ave. (under the Richcraft building) to direct vehicles and pedestrians around the road closure. Local traffic will still have access. The pedestrians pathways near the site will be temporarily blocked as required – community members are asked to respect all traffic control signs and personnel during this work. This work is dependent on weather and if additional dates are required, the campus will be notified.
All safety precautions will be in place during this delivery and installation.
Facilities Management and Planning appreciates your patience and understanding.
