As the Winter 2018 exam period arrives, the deferral season is upon us once again. The Registrar’s Office is pleased to unveil two new initiatives that we believe will better serve our students:
Online Deferral Application form: The Registrar’s Office has launched an online application for final examination and final take-home examination deferrals. You can access the application online.
- All deferral requests are to be submitted using the online deferral application.
- You will receive an instant confirmation that the application has been received. Further, a formal response will be sent within 2 business days through your CUmail email address.
- The form allows you to upload the request as well as your supporting documentation.
Self-declaration of Short-term Illness form: The Registrar’s Office is piloting a self-declaration of short-term illness form. You can utilize this form to support your request for a deferral of your final examination or final take-home examination.
