Starting Friday, November 10, 2017, the existing bus shelter will be removed and the new larger heated shelter will be installed. Work is expected to be completed by Friday, November 17, 2017.
During this period, there will not be a shelter available for use at the Minto OC Transpo bus stop, however, there will be no disruption to bus service and the concrete platform at the stop will remain accessible. Also during this period, the Minto CASE loading dock will be unavailable.
On Saturday, November 11, 2017, the new shelter will be arriving on site and it will take a few hours to unload in the morning. This will require a temporary closure of the access road leading from Campus Avenue into Minto CASE loading, Mackenzie Building and the small lot behind Architecture to vehicles only. Pedestrian access to this area will not be impacted.
Facilities Management and Planning appreciates your patience as we make this improvement to our campus.
